Lise Hicks is the author of the historical novel, The Fearing Time. She is a retired insurance executive and has always been intrigued by “untold stories,” the narratives that don’t make it into the history books. When she isn’t traveling the world bird-watching, she divides her time between Tucson, Arizona and Tacoma, Washington.
